Dr Silvana M. Gomez

Born in Argentina, raised in Spain and holding Italian Nationality, Dr Gomez is certainly well-travelled! She graduated in Veterinary Medicine and Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2005. She started her professional career in small animal practice in the North East but relocated to Singapore in 2009, where she spent 13 years and did extensive formal training in ultrasound and cardiology. She returned to the North East to join Moorview Referrals in July 2022. She completed her Certificate in Small Animal Veterinary Practice-Cardiology in 2023 (by ESAVS and the University of Luxembourg). Her main interests are diagnostic imaging and cardiology and she is working towards a Certificate in Diagnostic Imaging.

Outside from work, she dedicates most of her time to her young family. She enjoys reading, dancing, playing her Ukulele and various sports like swimming, cycling and any form of exciting outdoors activities. She loves nature and travelling.
