Lauren Gill

Lauren started volunteering at a busy multidisciplinary hospital at the early age of 14 and qualified as an RVN in 2017. She soon found a love for teaching and qualified as a clinical coach in 2018. Her passion for surgery and anaesthesia led her to managing the orthopaedic department there for a number of years before accepting a job at The Royal Veterinary College as an Orthopaedic Referral RVN in 2020.

Lauren is now team leader of the surgical nurses here at Moorview Referrals and is very passionate about providing the support and structure her team needs to operate to their full potential. She is a lover of the outdoors and enjoys camping, kayaking and upcycling furniture in her spare time.
